The Brazil defender is back and fully fit for the start of the new campaign after missing much of last term due to injury.
Bremer told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "From the outside, I saw that we were missing leaders after all the changes, and with my injury, we lost other key players.
"They were difficult times, but the team has grown: these experiences improve. This year will be different; the group is in good shape mentally, and then we'll see what the transfer window brings in the coming weeks.
"We're building a project and a solid Juventus; we need to get back to fighting for victory."
He added, "I'm convinced we'll return to the top spot quickly, we all think so, and I'll tell you why: (Kenan) Yildiz is a different player than last year; he's improved a lot and is a different player. And (Fede) Gatti has become a leader. The foundations are good."
