The Spanish centre-forward has agreed to join Sunderland on a season-long loan, says the Daily Mail.

Guiu joined Chelsea a year ago from Barcelona after rejecting new terms tabled by the Catalans.
He scored six goals in 16 matches during his first season at Stamford Bridge.
Guiu was also wanted by relegated Ipswich Town, but favoured a season in the Premier League, so chose Sunderland this week.
