Chelsea ahead of Liverpool in pursuit of Independiente del Valle prospect Ordonoz

Having signed superkid Kendry Paez last year, with the teen now on-loan at Strasbourg, Chelsea are now looking at Independiente prospect Deinner Ordonez.

The 15 year-old defender has three caps with Ecuador U20s and is attracting interest from across Europe.

Chelsea are keen, says The Sun, as are Liverpool, though the Blues are said to have an advantage thanks to the relationship established when signing Paez.

The Blues also count on another Independiente graduate in Moise Caicedo, who was brought to England by Brighton before being sold to Chelsea.
