England U17 won the match in Duisberg 7-5 on Tuesday morning, with Kavuma-McQueen dominating.
The teen hit a hat-trick and also laid on an assist in England's win.
Kavuma-McQueen signed scholarship forms with Chelsea earlier this year, but management are wary of losing the teen just as they did Rio Ngumoha after he left for Liverpool a year ago.
Kavuma-McQueen has been with Chelsea since he was seven years of age.
