The Sun says Chelsea and Liverpool are both interested in the young forward.
He has scored four goals for the Santos U20 team this season and has also made three senior appearances for the club.
Interestingly, Chelsea's owners, BlueCo, are in takeover talks with Santos - with the deal potentially including the signing of Robinho Jr.
The player's father, Robinho, spent time in England with Manchester City and counts Real Madrid and AC Milan among his former clubs.
