The Cherries have agreed to accept PSG's latest offer of €63m plus €3m in bonuses for Zabarnyi.
Personal terms won't be an issue, with Zabarnyi having agreed a contract with PSG before last season's Champions League final.
Zabarnyi is expected in Paris in the first-half of next week for a medical and to put pen to paper on his PSG deal.
