The Argentine says he still has plenty to achieve in Europe before returning home.

He said on DSports Radio: "MLS is a competitive, very physical league. The first few years were difficult, then I settled in at New York City and we won the MLS.
"Winning the Golden Boot really helped me get to Europe. I watch Argentine football; I like watching River Plate and Boca; the other day I saw the El Clasico in Rosario.
"River Plate contacted me: Matías Biscay called me back then. It was really nice to be wanted by (Marcello) Gallardo and River. If that were to happen one day, we'll see."
