Greenwood was outstanding for Marseille in Monday night's win against PSG.
And De Zerbi said of the former Manchester United forward: "I showed him some images of Raphinha.
"He had a great game on Monday, he even made a run in the second half and drew a foul. You have to do that in every game, not just one in five. When he runs, everyone follows him."
On the win, De Zerbi said on Thursday: "I really like this team: Aguerd, Pavard, O'Riley, Medina, Aubameyang... They are players with passion. It feels like Aguerd has been playing with me for ten years.
"He's 29 years old but he still has the motivation, the curiosity to learn, to listen. They immediately made themselves available to everyone. We still have a lot of room for improvement in our game."
And returning to Le Classique, he added: "Against PSG, the opponents only reached our penalty area four times in the first half, but 40 times in the second. We understand their physical characteristics. There's also the mental aspect of being in position to win against Paris."
