Both Salah and Robertson start for the Reds, two players who will surely be in tears after the final whistle as they prepare to wave goodbye to supporters at full time.

Robertson makes his 338th Liverpool appearance at left-back whilst Salah pulls on his shirt for the 442nd time on Merseyside.

Alisson Becker also returns between the sticks, having missed the last 10 games due to injury in what is a huge boost for manager Arne Slot who will expect nothing less than a victory this afternoon.

Alexander Isak is joined by Florian Wirtz and Jeremie Frimpong on the Liverpool bench as the trio ready themselves to return to action after a number of weeks on the sidelines.

17 year old Rio Ngumoha starts once more alongside Cody Gakpo in attack alongside Salah in what is a shaky frontline that has struggled for goals in recent weeks.

Liverpool need to avoid defeat in order to guarantee a top-five finish and therefore Champions League football as the Anfield crowd hope to get behind the team who have been below par throughout the campaign.
