The Belgian joined the club in October and guided them through a promising UEFA Champions League campaign, eventually bowing out to eventual winners Paris Saint-Germain.
“AS Monaco announces the end of its collaboration with Sébastien Pocognoli at the conclusion of the 2025-2026 season,” a statement from the club read.
“Having arrived in the Principality last October, Sébastien Pocognoli led the Red and Whites on 38 occasions, with a record of 16 wins, 9 draws, and 13 defeats.
“During his tenure, the team qualified for the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League for the second consecutive time.
“The club would like to thank Sebastien Pocognoli and his staff for their full commitment to AS Monaco and wishes them all the best for the future.”
An agreement to appoint former Flamengo coach Filipe Luís is reportedly already in place.
