Comolli has been criticised by some inside the Italian game since his appointment, but remains bullish about Juve's progress ahead of the new season.
He told Sky Italia: "We're a team that can win again, we have great potential. We're not setting deadlines, but we have an excellent foundation."
Comolli continued: "I don't think there are any difficulties, or anything I didn't expect. The club's potential is incredible. The more I spend time here, the more I see it. Having traveled extensively with other teams, with all due respect, I think this, but another club with this size and appeal is Liverpool, with this global footprint.
"Everyone in the world talks about Juventus. So these aren't difficulties; it's something extraordinary. And I think that more than the difficulties, the challenge today—not mine personally, but everyone at the club—is to convince people that we can win again. That's our only goal every day. I don't think we can win again tomorrow, but to convince people that we will win again. That's the challenge. But it's a fascinating challenge. I don't promise to win right away, but we're working towards it."
Regarding the Dusan Vlahovic case, Comolli said: "He could leave if a suitable offer arrives, but at the moment none has arrived."
On PSG striker Randal Kolo Muani and a possible return to Juventus, he added: "The relationship with PSG is excellent, the boy is pushing to return to Juve but an agreement still needs to be reached."
