In addition to technical issues and problems fitting into Juventus' system, the Canadian striker has also been rumored to have a difficult relationship with his teammates, who allegedly are excluding him from messaging apps and team events, such as dinners.
However, the Juventus locker room has denied these claims.
Mattia Perin and Manuel Locatelli have both rubbished the reports, with Fede Gatti weighing in this morning.
He posted to social media:"I want to take two minutes to clarify a situation. I find it inconceivable that completely unfounded news, fabricated from nothing, can be circulating, especially on the eve of such an important match as Saturday's.
"Even more surprising is how many people believe news that have no basis in truth. The only thing that matters now is the match. Everything else is just noise."
Juve meet Roma later on Friday night.
