Also arriving is the versatile full-back Lyfe Oldenstam (18), a Dutch international in the category.
Both come from the flourishing Ajax youth system, with their contracts already registered.
Da Silva and Oldenstam will be pushing for a first team berth under Como coach Cesc Fabregas this new season.
