Off contract from Genoa, Balotelli is a free agent as he turns 35 this week.
Asked for a birthday wish, the former Manchester City and Inter Milan striker told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Health, for myself and my loved ones. I'm looking for a club that will trust me. I want to play for another two or three years. Then I'll go to my brother Enock."
Balotelli was also asked about playing for both Inter and AC Milan.
He said, "I've had and given so much at both Milanese clubs. Am I an Inter or Milan fan? As a boy, I was a fan of the Nerazzurri because my idol was Ronaldo the Phenomenon, and I've never hidden my affection for the Rossoneri world. But being a fan is another thing."
Regarding the current Milan team, and particularly the return of coach Max Allegri and the increasing rumours of the return of Adriano Galliani, he added: "I'm happy for Max, and it's good to see Galliani back. Two important figures."
