Maddison broke down at the start of the season, though has now posted a near one minute clip detailing his rehab.
Alongside the images, the England international also stated: "Morning people, off to Manchester today so the Mumsy is giving me a lift, just like old times.
"Six months post-ACL reconstruction and we're off to Manchester to do some testing in this cool room with loads of cameras and sensors.
"There is places in London you can do it but this one had the best reviews and I know players that used it in the past. Basically, I had loads of sensors stuck all over my body.
"You do some jogging, jumping, change of direction and hopping and they will check on the camera how your body is moving to see if I'm offloading the knee?
"Am I weight-distributing both sides equally? It's all valuable information as it shapes the rest of the rehab of what I need to work. We're six months in and we're getting there."
