Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia did not travel on the clubs pre-season tour and have trained separately from the rest of the first team squad this summer as manager Ruben Amorim attempts to clear out the group who have nicknamed “the bomb squad”.
The group also included Marcus Rashford but he has since moved to Barcelona on loan for the season, where he has already impressed against Mallorca and Levante. Now, Sancho has shared a surprise picture on Instagram of the group who posed for the camera.
The 25-year-old's caption read “My brothers!” and tagged those in the picture which also includes Lisandro Martinez who many were shocked to see. However, the Argentina international is not on the list of outgoing players and Amorim has no plans to sell the defender as it stands.
Sancho, who spent last season on loan at Chelsea, is expected to depart United this summer after four difficult years at Old Trafford which included a loan move to Borussia Dortmund where he scored just 3 goals and bagged 2 assists in 21 appearances.
The England international is said to be close to a move to Roma but that deal has been stalled by him in recent days as reports suggest his relationship is stopping him from committing himself to the Italian side. For now, he remains at United alongside Antony and Malacia who Amorim is desperate to move before the transfer window shuts.
