At a media conference this morning in France, Rosenior announced he was set to be named Chelsea manager.
During the presser, Rosenior also revealed the Strasbourg staff he would be taking with him to London.
Rosenior confirmed he will be bringing his assistants, Kalifa Cisse and Justin Walker with him to Chelsea.
Ben Warner (head of analysis) will also leave the French club to join Rosenior.
The incoming Blues manager stated: "I would not be in this position without my unbelievable staff.
"I am leaving a lot of really good people behind. What I do know is that a good group of people are coming in.
"I have never met a person with such emotional intelligence as I have with Kalifa (Cisse). Sadly for Strasbourg he is coming with me."
He continued: "I would not have accepted the Chelsea job if I was not ready.
"There are clubs you just cannot turn down. I hope the Strasbourg fans can see that and be proud of that. Outside of PSG in France, if Chelsea want a coach, that coach will probably take the Chelsea job.
"I find it incredible to think that anyone would think I would just take the Strasbourg coach and put him in at Chelsea. It shows how far Strasbourg has come.
"It is a respectful thing."
