Ronaldo and Al Nassr? Amorim talks up Man Utd midweek friendlies

With no European football and already out of the Carabao Cup, United won't have a midweek game until December.

The prospect of glamour friendlies against the likes of AC Milan and Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr have been raised.

Amorim said on Friday: "We have to do it. We knew that when we missed Europe, and there’s a lot of things (to consider).

“We have our fans, the budget. We have to compensate  a lot of things.

“We have to do it, so we will do it. We want to be with our fans around the world, so we will put it all together to do that.

“If we have to do it, we have to manage and to find the space to do it.”
