Clear by seven points at the top of the Premier League table, the Gunners are well on track to clinching the title this season.
But the Gunners have received some criticism over their reliance of set-pieces.
"Since I came to Arsenal it has been talked about every week. It's what comes with being part of Arsenal," Rice told Sky Sports.
"People will like some parts of the game and not like other parts of the game, but the most important thing is to win."
In the winning match against Brighton on Wednesday (1-0), Arsenal had both lower ball possession and fewer shots than the opposition.
"There have been times when we have won by playing well, but where it hasn't felt as good as a victory like the one against Brighton," added Rice.
"We know we didn't play well. But to win 1-0 there, in a place where it has been difficult for us in recent years, means a little extra."
