Forest remain unbeaten after the opening two match weeks of the campaign and will look to continue that record against a West Ham side who are struggling under manager Graham Potter.
Nuno's job is safe for now
Nuno was first asked on if he feels safe in his job after speculation surrounding him and owner Evangelos Marinakis.
"Yes, I think in that sense I am totally relaxed.
"We need to have a talk about future of club. How we address things after the transfer market closes. What is the commitment to the club.
"Me and the president all want the same thing which is what is the best for Forest."
When asked if the situation can be resolved he simply replied: "Yes, I think so."
The team are unaffected
Next, he was asked whether what happened last week has impacted the team as the squad ponders whether Nuno will be in charge for the forseeable.
"No, the answer against Crsytal Palace was very good.
"We have been able to shield players from the noise and they are focussed on the tasks. They are mature in their attitude for preparing the game."
The issue is being resolved
Questions continued on the subject of his relationship with Marinakis and Nuno the pair have spoken and that the issue is being resolved.
"Yeah, we had a talk on the phone. We said after game is right moment to speak.
"But things are OK. We are working very hard to compete this season, on what is really important. The talk will happen after the game normally."
Delighted for Anderson and Gibbs-White
Finally, in lighter news he discussed the call-up of Elliot Anderson for England as he hopes to make his Three Lions debut under manager Thomas Tuchel.
"Delighted and the boy is buzzing.
"For him and for Morgan (Gibbs-White), it is a special and proud moment for us all.
" I have been checking, since 1996 we didn’t have two players in England squad. It says a lot about them and improvement of the team. These visual recognitions are only possible if the team competes well."
