Nuno, since his appointment, as involved several academy graduates already this season.
And ahead of Saturday's clash with Bournemouth, he said: "They’re doing very well. We decided to put some of the Academy boys in the first-team environment on a daily basis, so they’re in the changing room, having meals with the squad and are part of the team.
"They are options, and it’s good for them to increase the levels of competitiveness in training sessions. We are building, and I really think that West Ham need to have these players around, because there are so many good prospects there.
"We’ve had Airidas (Golambeckis) and Finlay (Herrick) involved, and Ezra (Mayers) and Mo (Kanté) here. We have videos of games and training sessions, and it’s something we look at very carefully."
He added, "We’re going to need all the players throughout the remainder of the season, and we want them all to be involved.
"We’re being honest with all the players, and trying to help them improve individually. They understand that their chances will come, and it’s up to them to deliver. The best way to do that is to work hard in training, and everyone is doing that.
"We have to look ahead, because we’ve got a lot of games coming up. We need all the players to do everything they can, because we’re going to need them all."
