Recalling the situation, Milenkovic revealed: “Everybody in the dressing room spoke about this with him.
“We all hoped he would stay and we will now have him for the new season. This was a big boost for us. This club has a big ambition and they wanted to show Morgan that ambition.
“We want to improve after last season, and now he’ll be part of that. Morgan staying was very big for the club as he’s our top player. He gives us a lot and it's very important that he's playing for us. Everyone’s very happy.”
