Former assistant and ex-Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca is the man tasked with filling Guardiola’s giant shoes from this summer onwards.
According to David Ornstein, Maresca is already working on the club’s summer transfer plans with sporting director Hugo Viana.
This job is a long time coming for Maresca, who reportedly had talks with Man City while still employed at Chelsea, a major factor in his decision to walk away from the club.
