The Daily Mail says talks with the teen's Senegalese club, Amitié FC, are now underway with the aim to sign Ndiaye this month.
Liverpool have plans to register the youngster with Rob Page's U21 team for the remainder of the season.
Interestingly, Amitié FC is part-owned by former Chelsea and Newcastle striker Demba Ba.
