Leeds battling Borussia Dortmund for Brighton attacker Buonanotte

The Yorkshire Post says Leeds have set their sights on signing the Argentine for the upcoming season.

Leeds are looking to strengthen their attacking options before the summer transfer window closes, and Buonanotte has been identified as a possible new signing.

However, Borussia Dortmund are also keen and seems to be the favoured option at the moment. Buonanotte is said to be open to a move to the German club.

The Argentine's contract with the Brighton runs until the summer of 2028. He joined from Rosario Central in January 2023.
