Nottingham Forest are ready to move for Fulham manager Marco Silva.

Forest are seeking a new manager after yesterday's sacking of Ange Postecoglou.

Sean Dyche and Roberto Mancini have been linked with the post, but Sky Sports says Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis' top target is Silva.

And with the Portuguese's contract at Fulham carrying an £13m buyout clause, it frees up Marinakis to bring in Silva without the need to negotiate with the Cottagers.

Everything will then hinge on Silva being prepared to quit Fulham for Forest at this stage of the season.
