Fofana is expected to leave Lyon this summer and transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri is reporting Everton have made a bid.

The Toffees are said to have offered €36m for Fofana.
However, Lyon have rejected the proposal, insisting he will only leave for €40m.
But Everton would also need to convince Fofana, who favours only leaving OL for a Champions League club.
