Hodge made 13 appearances for Wolves, having initially joined from Manchester City in 2021.

The 22 year-old spent last season on-loan with Huddersfield Town in League One.
Hodge has signed a two-year deal with Tondela and said: “I can't wait to begin this adventure. I'm very happy to be here in Tondela. It's a new step for me, where I'll experience a new culture and live in a different country.
“I see myself a player with a lot of energy, I am tactically sound, aggressive, and intense. I want to help the team to have a positive season.
“Everyone has heard about the Portuguese League, and now I will have the pleasure of being able to compete in it.”
