BBC Sport is reporting Estevao "felt something in his hamstring and is going to be assessed".
As such, the 18-year-old has not made the squad as the Blues host Burnley at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.
Estevao this season has made 32 appearances, scoring seven goals and making three assists.
