Bournemouth's only defeat of their top-flight campaign was against the league leaders Liverpool on the opening day of the Premier League. However, Iraola’s side have scored just twice from open play in their last five in all competitions, and will look to end that streak against Fulham.
Iraola to replace Amorim?
Iraola was first quizzed about his future, as reports continue to link him to the Manchester United job due to how poor current manager Ruben Amorim is performing despite mass spending in the summer transfer window.
"I am very happy here, we have a very good relationship with the owner and Simon (Francis) and with Tiago (Pinto), and we will speak.
“When there is something to announce, we will tell. We are not going to speak about these things here."
Iraola wants his side to be competitive
Next, he spoke about his team's start to the season which sees them sixth in the table, above the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea.
"It is too early to look (at the table). I am not sure where we are. I know we are there, but I am not even sure. For me, it's about being competitive. I am happy because we are being competitive; some games, we are playing better, in other games not as good, but I think we are being competitive.
"I want to keep this level the whole season if we can, but it's about small margins. All the games have been very levelled. I expect the same tomorrow."
Are Fulham different away from home?
Fulham have lost six of their last nine away fixtures and as they head to the Vitality Stadium, Iraola was asked if perhaps they're a different team away from home.
"This is more of the same. It's too early. It's three games away, three games at home, you know. Yeah, you can see some tendencies, but I think they play very well at home and away. They even the other day, the best example, Villa away, probably the first 30, 35 minutes they were winning 1-0.
"But they should be winning maybe more clearly because they played with a lot of personality, playing really well. And it's normal. Normally every team is stronger at home than away. It's very difficult to win games away. And that's what.
"Now that we play at home, we have to try not to make also the game here very difficult for them. And I think we've been quite solid these three games at home. Past season we didn't have this. We had the same points home and away, I think 28 and 28.
"So I hope we can have more at home. Because normally it's like this. And I hope we can keep being strong. I think we've started well and I hope we can keep the same way."
Has Iraola ever thought about music or crowd noise in training?
Finally, he was asked if he has ever used music around the training ground or crowd noise much like Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta who used You'll never walk alone before his side faced Liverpool.
"No, I've seen Mikel do it now in the commentary and this. No, I haven't had. I've had yes special coaches but no things like this I don't remember."
