Rami has questioned De Zerbi's man-management and approach to handling the players.
Marseille's start to the season has been a tough one so far: two defeats in their first three matches, against Rennes and Lyon. And there was also the Adrien Rabiot - Jonathan Rowe affair, with the two players involved in a dressing room brawl that led to the club selling both players.
Rami told RMC: "We watched the series on YouTube (about Marseille) and we saw a bit of the behavior and communication between the coach and his players. Sometimes I find him a bit too harsh. As a player I've been through that and at times I've lost my cool. Sometimes I find him bordering on harshness."
Rami also wanted to highlight the problems encountered in these first games: "This year I find there are many tactical problems. There's a lot of talk about defence, but I find it far from the ball carrier."
