Saudi Arabia's transfer window doesn't close until September 11th and Diario Sport reports that Al-Nassr are pushing for former Manchester United star Greenwood who registered a Golden Boot-winning 21 goals in Ligue 1 last season in Ligue 1.
The 23-year-old fired Marseille back into the Champions League as the Ligue 1 joint-top goalscorer alongside Paris Saint-Germain superstar and potential Ballon d'Or winner Ousmane Dembele.
Greenwood snubbed Saudi Arabia a year ago but reports now suggest that Ronaldo will play a huge role in bringing in the England international who has stunned many in recent years.
Ronaldo, 40, recently penned a new two-year contract at Al Nassr, which will keep him in Saudi Arabia beyond his 42nd birthday and is desperate to win silverware with Al-Nassr which is something that has alluded him so far.
The Saudi club have already bolstered their squad by signing Joao Felix from Chelsea on a two-year deal for a fee of up to £43.7M with Ronaldo said to be a major part of negotiations and convincing him to make the move. Greenwood could be the next one to be convinced as the transfer deadline draws closer.
