The North London side are now set to see highly rated young defender Maldini Kacurri leave for to Grimsby Town for an undisclosed fee, with reports stating that the League Two club now finalising personal terms with the player.

Grimsby famously knocked Manchester United out of the EFL Cup this season and are pushing for promotion under manager David Artell who had led the side to 9th so far, winning 4 games on the bounce.

Kacurri spent the second half of last season on loan with Bromley and the first half of the current campaign with Morecambe FC before returning to the club.

Reports have stated that Arsenal will recoup a modest fee for the promising center-back who made 18 appearances for Morecambe during his short-term loan spell.

Arsenal are not planning to make any changes to their squad until the end of the season and are unlikely to bring any first team players in despite multiple departures. Manager Mikel Arteta set to conduct a full squad review at the end of the season to determine who will stay and who will leave in the summer.
