Sir Alex Ferguson has been called out for leaving matches early.

The former Manchester United manager attended Bolton Wanderers' League One clash with Wycombe Wanderers.

However, with Bolton a goal down, Ferguson decided to leave - so missing the Trotters' late comeback.

Bolton were 2-1 down to Wycombe Wanderers in the 90th minute but Corey Blackett-Taylor struck in the 91st and 95th minutes to seal a remarkable turnaround.

Bolton manager and former Everton midfielder Steven Schumacher said: “I knew he (Ferguson) was coming. 

“He should know more than anyone not to get off before the end! But hopefully he enjoyed the game.”
