Camavinga says Arbeloa has a similar way of managing to former Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti.
He told ESPN: "Arbeloa has the same spirit as Ancelotti. He gives us a lot of freedom and talks to the players.
“Sometimes he comes with gifts after training… donuts, Speculoos, Oreos."
And Camavinga has linked this approach to the improvement in performance at Real.
“You just have to make these kinds of players happy. When you're happy, your feet do what they want,” he added.
Camavinga also had a word for Real teammate Vincius Jr.
He said, "People don’t realise it. He’s a very good person.
"He’s very emotional. People see him shout and think he’s a problem, but they don’t know him. He always helps the younger players. When a new player arrives, he’s the first to approach him."
Camavinga also weighed in on the debate about his celebrations: “In Europe, they don’t understand that. In Brazil or the United States, it’s normal. It’s football, it’s a game.”
