It's been suggested the England attacker has already done enough to earn a deal with Barca, but Deco has cooled the rumours.
"Now is not the time to make any decisions regarding Rashford's future," he told Cadena SER.
"We're happy with him. He's giving a lot to the team. He came on in yesterday's win against Atletico Madrid and played well again, but we have time to decide on him."
So far with Barca, Rashford has scored six goals and made nine assists in 19 games.
