With this year’s qualifying period falling between 15 July 2024 to 3 August 2025, over 20,000 players cast their votes to decide the top talents across the globe in what has shaped up to be an exceptional side.
From Paris Saint-Germain, Achraf Hakimi, Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembele and Nuno Mendes make the side, whilst now Manchester City goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma earns his place between the sticks.
Interestingly, Liverpool star Virgil van Dijk is the only natural centre back to be included in the side, as he joins Chelsea’s Cole Palmer in the last of the Premier League elite.
From La Liga, Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe, make it into the side whilst Barcelona’s Pedri takes the last spot in the midfield which is packed full of world-class talent.
Interestingly, no stars from the Serie A or Bundesliga make the cut, whilst Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo miss out as they come to the end of their careers.
