"I think he's a player with high potential and a big future," Oxford boss Matt Bloomfield told BBC Radio Oxford.
"He's someone who the club got close to in the summer and someone they've been monitoring for a while, I know the guys at Brentford and they speak so highly of Yunus.
"I think that his freshness and that athleticism can really help us where we need it."
