Paris Saint-Germain have announced their 22-man squad for Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final second leg away to Liverpool as Barcola is reintroduced into the side.
The Reds welcome the French and European champions to Anfield this Tuesday as they aim to forge a comeback following a 2-0 loss in the first leg.
The bad news for manager Arne Slot is that Barcola is back after having missed the first leg in Paris due to an ankle injury sustained last month.
Barcola has grabbed 18 goal involvements for the season in all tournaments and joins Ousmane Dembele, Désiré Doué and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in a PSG attack that is arguably the best in Europe.
The winger adds more depth to a PSG side who remain without midfielder Fabian Ruiz and young winger Quentin Ndjantou for the clash where the Ligue 1 side must come face to face with the Anfield atmosphere.
However, Liverpool are without Wataru Endo (ankle), Giovanni Leoni (ACL), Alisson (unknown) and Conor Bradley (knee) for the clash and must rotate following the Fulham victory on Saturday afternoon.
Liverpool's 4-0 comeback triumph over Barcelona in the semi-finals seven years ago will be on the mind of fans as the odds stack against the Premier League champions who have been far from their best.
