Mikel Arteta has several key selection calls to make ahead of the showdown with PSG in Budapest and Lewis-Skelly vs. Martin Zubimendi in midfield is one of them.
With Jurrien Timber passed fit, he should start at right-back, with Riccardo Calafiori and Piero Hincapie battling to cover the other full-back role at the Puskas Arena.
Arteta opted to throw Lewis-Skelly into the starting XI for Arsenal's 1-0 semi-final second-leg win over Atletico Madrid and the teenager shone alongside Declan Rice at the base of the Gunners midfield.
Both he and Zubimendi started the final game of the Premier League season, as Martin Odegaard lifted the trophy after a 2-1 win at Crystal Palace.
However, Arteta faces a major call between the energy of Lewis-Skelly and the experience of Zubimendi, and Dixon is in no doubt over the best player for the job.
"I thought Myles was brilliant against Atletico. His control, his awareness of players around him - he was my man of the match. It’s a big call (who to start in the final). But I’d probably play Myles. I think he’s already shown enough not to be fazed by that.
"I’ve watched Myles a lot - he’s very Gazza-like in the way that he uses his weight and his strength."
If Lewis-Skelly features in the UCL final, it will be the 19-year-old's 20th appearance in Europe's top club competition, as he awaits his first goal in continental action.
