At a fans Q&A, Karl confessed an ambition to play for Real in the future.
"Bayern is a very big club and it's a dream to play here. But someday I definitely want to play for Real Madrid. It's my dream club," Karl said at the time.
After supporters' reactions, the teen contacted club management and apologised for the words.
Before their clash with Wolfsburg, Kompany was asked about the controversy.
