Ronaldo launched his protest over a lack of financial support for Al-Nassr from the Saudi Pro League and local government. The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star was upset seeing Al-Nassr restricted in buying in the January market in contrast to Al-Hilal.
However, Ronaldo's actions also included over a concern for staff who's wages had been late in being paid this season.
Those payments have since been settled, so convincing Ronaldo to make his anticipated return later today.
