Unlike Ederson, Newcastle are protected by the Italian's contract running until the summer of 2029 and the Magpies current asking price is £87m, as per Corriere della Sera.

Latest reports indicate that they would cost in the region of £127m, and that is just slightly more than Elliot Anderson's asking price alone.
