According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, RB Leipzig have reached out to Liverpool regarding the availability of Elliott, 22.
It was previously reported that Liverpool were open to selling the attacking midfielder this summer, valuing him at £40million plus a buy-back option, or above £50m without one.
Elliott started just two Premier League matches for Liverpool last season, with them both coming after the title was won.
