As reported by the Daily Mail, Zongo, who has only just turned 16, caught the eye of scouts last month as he featured for his country at the U17 World Cup in Qatar at just 15-years-old.
Now, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has revealed that a deal has now been completed a deal for the attacking midfielder who will join Strasbourg.

Chelsea’s Santos, Kendry Paez, Mamadou Sarr and Mike Penders have all become regular starters for the Blues’ partner side Strasbourg who act as a team who can help grow the club’s best young talent.
He scored twice for his country at the U17 World Cup, including the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Germany in the Last 32. The youngster will now develop in Ligue 1 with Strasbourg, who can offer him regular game time as he continues to grow.
Chelsea also have deals in place for Deinner Ordonez from Independiente Del Valle and have agreed to sign São Paulo right-back Angelo Candido as they keep pushing to sign some of the world’s best young talent.
