Endrick had made just nine starts for Real Madrid in 18 months at the club following his £51 million move in 2024 which hasn’t quite worked out for the 19 year old.
Now, he finds himself on loan at Ligue 1 side Lyon where his fine form has landed him a place back in the Brazil side ahead of this summer’s World Cup.
“I thank God for bringing me here, I’m very happy to be here,” he said earlier this season.
“Coming to Lyon was one of my best choices, I thank God very much for that because I came to a team that welcomed me.”
Speaking to Stake, Evra has plotted Endrick’s next move as he suggests he makes his way across the English Channel and to the Premier League.
“I would love Endrick to join Man United. You can see his long spell in Lyon. He killed it, and now is going to the World Cup. I just love Endrick from the beginning.
“I was quite surprised why in Real Madrid he didn't have that much playing time.
“He has the respect over there. But yeah, I would love Endrick to keep having issues at Real Madrid and to be in the market. And I will say, ‘Bienvenue at Manchester United’.”
Endrick, still pondering his bright future, now heads into an exciting World Cup where he is expected to get minutes under Brazil boss Carlo Ancelotti who clearly saw his bright spark at Lyon.
