Rayan Abo El Nay, Noah Nsoki and Pierre Mounguengue had PSG 3-0 ahead inside the opening half-hour, with Spurs struggling with the intensity of the hosts' press.
Oliver Irow pulled a goal back for Spurs before halftime and then the Londoners struck again ten minutes after the break through James Rowswell.
However, 17 year-old midfielder Adam Ayari took the game away from Spurs with a classy double as the scoreline ended 5-2 in PSG's favour.
