Sol Gordon struck Chelsea's opener before the impressive Jesse Derry then scored twice. Later, Blues substitutes Shumaira Mheuka and Frankie Runham rounded out the scoring.
Mheuka was introduced from the bench after recovering from injury.
Chelsea are next in action in the UEFA Youth League against Barcelona on November 25.
