The 28-year-old was signed last summer as Sporting’s replacement for now Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokers.
Suarez started where Gyokeres left off, scoring an impressive 38 goals and providing eight assists in his 53 games.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the forward has now agreed personal terms with Turkish side Fenerbahce, but the move depends on two conditions.
Firstly, it’s conditional on presidential candidate Hakan Safi winning the club’s election, which will be held on June 6-7th.
The club also need to agree a fee with Sporting, although it remains to be seen exactly how much they would demand for Suarez.
