Tacchinardi believes Tudor's Juve playing background has helped him.
He explained to TMW: "I think Igor is doing a great job. We're talking about a journey that began last season, when the team had low self-esteem and was mentally fragile. The coach's role is a difficult one: he has to be credible, on the front lines defending players, and ready to challenge them.
"I think Igor has done a great job: he makes the players feel strong, united, and part of a solid and strong group. He's doing an extraordinary job, both from an empathetic and team perspective. I had no doubts, because he lived in a group where people laid down their lives for each other. Juve is reflecting that."
"We shouldn't think about the Scudetto now; in my opinion, we need to take it one step at a time. Not that Juventus isn't ready, but I'm saying it's too early to put them there because other teams already have a clear identity. Juve must be humble, keep their heads down, and push forward. We shouldn't just ignore them; championships are long and unpredictable. Clearly, the victory over Inter has put an extra brick in the wall to help us feel energized."
